How many guests can the Frolic Event Center hold?
We can comfortably seat up to 350 guests in a reception style layout, or 475 in theater style seating (using no tables)

What are the clean-up requirements after an event at the Frolic Event Center?
Once you have removed all of your decorations and personal items, we will take care of all of the cleaning with your venue rental.

Does Frolic Event Center have Wifi?
If you have a photographer or videographer to live stream your event, we will provide wifi access to them.

Does the Frolic Event Center offer lodging on-site?
No, unfortunately we do not have any on-site lodging. However, there are four (4) hotels within 3 miles or a 5 minute drive that offer discounted rates for you!

Does the Frolic Event Center have on-site parking?
Yes, we have about 165 parking spaces in our lot.

Is the Frolic Event Center ADA compliant?
Yes, we offer handicapped parking & our facility is ADA compliant and accessible for all guests.

Are pets allowed at the Frolic Event Center?
Yes, pets are allowed on the premises during the ceremony only. Pets are not allowed on the premises before or after the ceremony.

How do I reserve the Frolic Event Center for my event?
To reserve your date, complete a contract with us and make a down payment of 50% of the rental fee. We accept payments by cash, check, or money order. We ask for the remaining 50% of the rental fee no later than six (6) months prior to your event.

Does the Frolic Event Center require Event Insurance?
You are required to purchase event insurance via our partner Event Helper. These policies vary in price based on your guest count but are generally less than $250.

Do I need to schedule a tour or can I just stop by?
Tours are by appointment only. We would love to show you the venue and discuss the details of your event.

How many hours do I get for my event?
You will get use of the Frolic Event Center for a 16 hour time block on a 1 day rental from 9:00 am - 1:00 am CST which covers time to set-up and take down decorations for the event. Additional requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis, based on availability.

Can I use any food vendor I like?
Yes, you are able to bring in the food vendor of your choice.

What is your alcohol policy?
If you are wanting to serve alcohol at your event, it must be purchased at the bar located within the Frolic Event Center. No alcohol can be brought in from outside sources. We will be happy to accommate a specialty drink, beer, or wine.

Can I come early to decorate?
You are allowed access to the building when your contract time starts. When your time block begins, we will have your tables set up so you can begin decorating then. If you want to come on-site the day before for any reason, we are willing to accommodate if the venue is not rented for a different event.

Will the Frolic Event Center staff help set-up or tear down decor?
We do not offer any decorating services. We will have the tables and chairs ready when you arrive.

Do you provide tables and chairs?
Yes, we have enough tables for 350 seated guests (including the wedding party), plus a few extra for the DJ, Cake Table, Buffet, etc. We have (35) rectangular tables with folding legs and are 36" x 96" each seating 8 people per table. We also have (10) 6' round tables seating 10 people per table, if you would like to do a mix and match of table styles. We have 475 chairs for inside and seating for 350 for outside weddings.

Do you provide linens, tableware, etc.?
Linens for your event are included in your rental. We have a wide variety of colors to match the décor of your wedding. Tableware is not included.
Am I able to have my rehearsal there?
We include one free hour for you to rehearse. It will be scheduled based on availability.

Do we have to set up our own chairs and tables or take them down?
No. When you arrive, the initial setup of tables and chairs will be done. If transitioning the room from ceremony to reception, you are welcome to move them around as needed.​​​​​​​​​​
